Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
For your first appointment you should arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for a consultation. After your first appointment you should arrive 5-10 minutes early.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Most people come to their appointment in casual clothes that they can easily slip off.
Should I eat before my appointment?
Try not to eat a meal for at least an hour before your appointment. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Booking an appointment: All appointments are made in advance. There are no walk-in services available.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment your session will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next client. The full fee for your service will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
Cancellations/No Shows: If you must cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 100% of your missed service will be charged. A credit card may be required to hold future appointments.
*After 2 consecutive "No Call/No show" you will be asked to refrain from scheduling any future appointments with us.
Payments: All payments are due at the time of service. No exceptions. All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
Minors: Essential Massage welcomes Minor guests to receive massage Services with the signed written consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent/legal guardian must be present at the service to complete and sign the Health History Form and a consent for treatment.
